Your Wedding
It is our mission to surpass your expectations and instil you with the confidence necessary for you to enjoy your wedding day. Our wedding package is inclusive to ensure all weddings at Stonewall Estates are of the highest quality standard.
Rustic Barns
The backdrop to your wedding day will be the beautiful barns, expansive gardens, and nearby 16 Mile Creek. There are two barns for you and your guests to enjoy which seamlessly integrate into surrounding gardens.
The century-old barns are constructed in a post and beam style with hand-hewn beams. There is also heating and air-conditioning, allowing for four-season usage.
Ceremony
Say your vows under the hemlock arbour over looking sixteen-mile creek, a view unique to our Estate.
The ceremony site is complete with live edge signing table.
Reception - Catering
Cocktail Hour: following your waterfront nuptials, enjoy butlered hors d’oeuvres and cocktails with your guests on the patio.
Dinner: four-course meal customized to your unique palate by you and our venue’s exclusive Chef.
Midnight Snack: chosen by you to best suit the needs of your guests and wedding theme.
Reception - Bar Service
7 hours of premium bar service including spirits, beer & non-alcoholic beverages.
Please note that wine is not included in our package. We prefer you choose your wine based on your unique palate from Stonewall Estates.
Upon booking Stonewall Estates receive an invitation for a complimentary private wine tasting for up to four guests to select your wedding wine.
Reception - Details
Table settings: tables, chairs, floor length linens, linen napkins, dinnerware, flatware, stem and glassware (table and chair options available to complement your wedding theme and style)
Entertainment: choreograph your ceremony and reception with a DJ provided by Stonewall Estates
Additional Details
Complimentary food sampling prior to menu selection.
Onsite rehearsal available the Thursday prior to your wedding, subject to availability
Event planner: a necessity to coordinate your requests with our vendors.
You will receive monthly newsletters to provide information and support for planning your special day.
Stonewall Estates also has the ability to be customized with the addition of your own personal wedding details and décor.
